Install the latest version of Microsoft Visual C++ (x86 and x64 versions)

D3dx9_43.dll missing?
Install the Latest DirectX to fix the problem.

Note: Before you run the game, you must Temporary Disable your Anti Virus Protection cause the Anti Virus will delete some files on the game but don't worry it is just a false positive virus, if you want the false positive virus to be gone just delete the game.

How To Re-Run a Game:
-Right click on the game icon, ex: iw3sp.exe, then click on Properties, go to Compatibility and  check the 'Run this program in compatibility mode for" choose: Windows XP (Service Pack 3) then click OK.
